Preforeclosurex has been collecting and analyzing upstate New York foreclosure data for approximately 5 years giving us a unique perspective on local foreclosures. During the past 5 years, we have shared our data with local government officials, lenders, attorneys, property owners and real estate professionals. Our foreclosure experience, together with our founder's 15 years experience in the purchasing and servicing of million dollar debt portfolios, has shown us that one approach to combating an increase in foreclosure rates is to identify viable market driven exit strategies prior to a foreclosure sale. Bringing stakeholders together in a respectful, professional and mutually beneficial way with the goal of avoiding a completed foreclosure and minimizing risk to property owners, lenders, investors and the community is our primary goal.
